ITEC Instances Maintenance - 3/7/2018 12:00 a.m.- 7:00 a.m - Complete

On Wednesday 3/7/2018 ITEC will be doing maintenance on our instances, this will not affect our local database that the campus uses daily. The maintenance will be from 12:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Phone Service Maintenance - 2/5/18 12:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m. - Complete

Light Fiber is in the process of upgrading the firmware of all Adtran devices on our network. These upgrades are necessary to apply new features, bug fixes, and security updates to service provided equipment. The upgrade requires a reboot of the equipment affecting all services provided through your Adtran equipment for approximately 5 minutes.

MyCCC Log in page Maintenance - 12/22/2017 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. - On hold

The login page of MyCCC will be under maintenance between 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. on 12/22/17.  There will be no expected outage during this time but you may notice items out of place on this page while updates are being applied.

We will be replacing a bad GBIC interface on switch CCC-N005B-3850-A. No down time is expected.

Server Maintenance - 12/20/17 4:30PM - 5:30PM

We will be reconfiguring DNS and DHCP to fix an issue with duplicate records in DNS. No down time is expected.
