The campus is experiencing Banner INB connection issues. IT is aware of the issue and currently is working with SICAS & ITEC to resolve the issue. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will update the campus once banner is up and running.

Banner PROD clone to TEST - Friday July 28th, 2017 - Complete

On Friday July, 28th, 2017 at 6:30 a.m. Banner Production will be cloned to Banner TEST. IT will re-post when the clone is finished. If there is an issue after the Banner clone please notify IT at 607-962-9555.

Core Switch Update - 7/27 10:15PM-1:00AM 7/28 - Complete

At 10:15PM July 27th to 1:00 AM July 28th the core switch will be updated.  During this time phones will work for emergencies but all other IT services at all CCC locations will be unavailable.  Please plan accordingly and email erava@corning-cc.edu for any questions/concerns.

Banner Maintenance - July 20th, 2017 - Completed

IT will be working on Banner Production on Thursday, July 20th, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. There will be an update and patch applied for the Excelsior scholarship.

Degree Works Maintenance - Wednesday, July 19, 2017 - Resolved

There is a planned maintenance outage of the Degree Works PRODUCTION environment Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 6:00am to 7:30am EST.   Oracle APR 2017 PSU will be installed in cohort 6.

Extended Blackboard Maintenance - July 19th, 2017 - Resolved

All SUNY hosted Blackboard campuses will experience an extended maintenance on Wednesday, July 19th, 2017, from 12:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. est.

During this time operating system and firmware patches will be installed.
