On July 3rd between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, IT will be adding new network equipment and making necessary updates to our main core networking equipment. During this timeframe, all network-related services such as the Internet, and MyCCC (MyBanner, Argos, Google Apps...) will be affected. Phone services will be available but may be limited to outbound calling.

Wireless Maintenance 7/1/2019 through 7/2/2019 - Complete
Allday on July 1st and 2nd, please be aware IT will be in the process of upgrading its wireless equipment throughout those days and the campuses may experience short, intermittent outages during this time frame but primarily on July 2nd. Again, service interruptions should be short, if at all.
We're adding another wireless controller and when shifting from one to the other, there is a chance of a drop in service - but those drops would be short - just minutes. And they may not happen at all.
